What currency are the prices on the site?


All prices are shown in USD.


I just placed an order. When will it ship?


We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for processing and production before your order ships. Average delivery time is 15–21 days.

Your tracking number will be updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped.
If you still don’t have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at contact@mendlygear.com.


I’m not in love with my order. Can I return it? What if there is an issue?


We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number in the return package.

Note: If your package is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then return it before we can issue a refund.


Can I cancel my order?


Yes. You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as it has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, please use our return process to obtain a full refund.


I entered the wrong address. What should I do?


If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email to double-check the details, then contact us at contact@mendlygear.com as soon as possible.

If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours of placing the order.
No refund will be issued for an incorrect address reported after this 24-hour window.


How long does shipping take?


Shipping times vary because we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. Average delivery time is 15–25 business days, depending on your location.
